Who is responsible for your data
DI Consulting Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. This means we decide why and how your data is used.
The website and the data submitted through it are hosted on a server in Estonia, in the European Union.

What we collect
When you send a request through the contact form, we receive only what you enter in the form yourself:
- your name;
- your work email;
- your company (optional);
- the area of interest you choose (optional);
- your message;
- the time you confirmed that you have read this policy (consent timestamp).
Cookies
This website uses one strictly necessary session cookie. It is set on the /contact page to protect the form from forged submissions and is deleted when you close your browser.
There are no analytics or tracking cookies on this website, and no third-party trackers.
To protect the form from spam and limit how often it can be sent, we store a fingerprint of your IP address: a one-way hash, not the address itself. It is kept for 24 hours and then deleted automatically.
Why we use your data and on what basis
We use the data you submit to reply to your request and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the legal basis for this is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The IP address fingerprint and the session cookie are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the contact form from spam and abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The checkbox in the form confirms that you have read this policy. Consent is not the legal basis we rely on to use your data.
How long we keep it
We keep requests submitted through the form for 24 months. After that, they are deleted automatically.
The IP address fingerprint is kept for 24 hours and then deleted automatically.
Who receives it
Your data is shared only with the service providers we need to run this website and reply to you.
Hosting: OÜ hOsting.One, Estonia (EU). The website and its database run on this provider’s server. Like any web host, it keeps standard server logs that may include IP addresses; they are kept as long as needed for security and operation of the site.
Email: an email service provider delivers the notification about your request to our team.
We do not sell your data, do not share it with third parties for their own purposes, and do not use it to train AI models.
Your rights
You can use any of the rights below by writing to info@diconsulting.pro. You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict how we use your data;
- object to our use of your data;
- receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (data portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it;
- complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the EU country where you live or work.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are published on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top is changed.
