How we build
We choose the stack per project: visual workflows when speed matters, custom code when volume and reliability matter.
Two ways to build
-
Workflow platform (n8n)
Fast prototypes and standard integrations. Most projects start here: first working version in 1–2 weeks, easy to adjust as the process changes.
-
Custom code (Python / JavaScript)
High volumes, complex data processing, integrations with legacy systems and production workloads that need full control.
| Workflow platform (n8n) | Custom code | |
|---|---|---|
| Development speed | First working version in 1–2 weeks | Several weeks for the first version |
| Performance | Enough for typical business volumes | Built for high volumes and heavy processing |
| Initial cost | Lower | Higher |
| Flexibility | Limited to what the platform supports | No platform limits |
| Maintenance | Easy to adjust as the process changes | Changes need a developer |
Models
We work with Anthropic Claude and OpenAI models via API and choose per task based on quality, latency and cost. Where data must not leave your infrastructure, we can use self-hosted open models.
Data & security
- Access through your own accounts and API keys where possible
- Least-privilege access, revoked at the end of the engagement
- No use of client data to train models
- Human review for any action that changes customer-facing data or money
- Logs and audit trail of agent decisions
Quality control
Before launch, every agent is tested on your historical data. We track accuracy by category and do not move to production until it meets the threshold agreed in the audit.
Stack
Have a process that eats your team's time?
Tell us what it is. We'll come back with an initial assessment of what can be automated and what it would take.
